ONE is the simple call for each of us to reach one person for Christ and Church. Our pastor has planned ONE Day Sundays as special occasions to focus our efforts and invite your ONE person – although your ONE person is welcome on any Sunday, at any time.

Each person needs a relationship with Christ, our Savior and Lord. Also, each person needs a Church – especially Sunday Worship and a small-group family.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEALS
Wednesday night meals will resume on September 4th. Welcome to Jennifer Jolivette as our new “Chef”!
Adult meals are $5 and children’s meals are $2. Be sure to turn in your meal reservation by the prior Monday noon deadline. Remember reservations are required! Yummmm!

ADULT BIBLE FELLOWSHIPS – TWO OPTIONS
Beginning Wednesday evenings in October, there will be two options for Adult Bible Fellowship in our Main Building:
All Things Scripture will be led by our pastor, Paul Boughan, in Room 201.
Climate Change: Panic or Peace will be taught by Bro Tracy in Room 210.
Come join us for one of these wonderful opportunities to learn together.

WOMEN’S FALL BIBLE STUDIES – TWO OPTIONS
Beginning in early September, there will be two options for Women’s Fall Bible Studies in the Main Building:
Sermon on the Mount by Jen Wilkins
This nine session study will challenge us to think differently about what it means to be a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The opening three chapters of Revelation is a wake up call to discover God’s desire for the church.

MINISTRY ROUNDTABLE: Hurts, Hang-ups & Habits
On Sunday, October 20 at 4:30 p.m. in the Main Building, Room 201, our pastor will lead a discussion to discover the level of need in our church family for Christ-centered ministry that focuses on hurts, hang-ups, and habits.
All interested in discussing the need for such a ministry are invited to join our pastor at this ministry roundtable.

MEN’S MINISTRY TAILGATING
On Friday, October 25, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., our Men’s Ministry will welcome all who attend the game with samples of tailgate classics in our church parking lot near Highway 253. The whole family is welcome! Buna Cougars vs. East Chambers Buccaneers game will commence at 7:30 p.m. Come on out, get a bite to eat, enjoy some fellowship and then go support our Cougars – GO BIG BLUE!!

Get ready, Senior Adults . . . it is about time to get on the road again with our own Tracy Speed! A fall foliage trip to Branson is planned for October 14 – 18 (5 days, 4 nights).
